Give For Good Louisville Registration is Open

The Community Foundation of Louisville is excited to bring back our 24-hour online giving day, Give For Good Louisville on Thursday, September 17, 2020. The Foundation knows that nonprofit organizations need our community’s support during these difficult times.

Give For Good Louisville supports nonprofit organizations of all sizes, many of which have filled critical roles in the city’s pandemic response. From food banks providing healthy food to hungry families; to social service agencies helping with rent assistance; to clinics providing needed health care resources to the un- and underinsured, Louisville’s nonprofit community has been a key partner in the city’s efforts to keep its citizens safe and healthy.

“The past few months have had a devastating effect on our community, and we recognize that times are difficult right now for many local nonprofit organizations,” said Molly Melia, project lead for the Community Foundation’s giving day. “But the best part about Give For Good Louisville is that it comes at the exact moment when nonprofits need fundraising support. Through our new training program and platform enhancements, the Foundation will be able to help nonprofits build success for this year’s giving day campaigns.”

As an ONLINE fundraiser, Give For Good Louisville is the ideal way for nonprofits to fundraise in the current environment. The giving day is an opportunity to:

  • Raise awareness about your organization
  • Engage existing donors and reach new ones
  • Enhance every dollar donated with bonus funds
  • Expand your online and social media presence and fundraising success
  • Support your immediate operating needs
  • Stay connected in a now isolated world

Register now by following this easy, step-by-step guide and then check out the new nonprofit toolkit. Registration will be open through June 30.

Participation is open to nonprofits in Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer and Bullitt Counties in Kentucky and Clark, Floyd and Harrison Counties in Indiana.
