Advancement Associate

Starting At: $42,000
Full-Time Non-Exempt; Hybrid Schedule

The Advancement Associate provides administrative support to the Advancement office and is responsible for all administrative aspects of the Foundation’s fundraising activities, including major gifts, planned giving, foundation relations, annual giving, and gift processing and acknowledgement. This role will work closely with the Gifts Processing Team to ensure that donations and grants to the Foundation are documented and acknowledged accurately and in a timely manner; with the Community Impact and Community Engagement Teams to maintain a deep understanding of the Foundation’s programmatic work; and with the Marketing & Communications Team to create donor communications, outreach, and appeals.

Creative Services Manager

Starting At: $50,000
Full-Time Exempt; Hybrid Schedule

The Creative Services Manager will be a vital team member in helping increase the overall awareness of the mission and initiatives of the Community Foundation of Louisville. This position will be responsible for developing and executing creative campaigns that support the overall marketing strategy and objectives of the Community Foundation of Louisville. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates their ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions that achieve results.

Give for Good Louisville Manager

Starting At: $55,000
Full-Time Exempt; Hybrid Schedule

The Give for Good Louisville Manager will lead the production and implementation of Kentuckiana’s largest online giving day – Give for Good Louisville, a signature event of the Community Foundation of Louisville. This position will be responsible for developing and executing all aspects of the giving day including, marketing strategy, managing nonprofit and partner relationships, fundraising, training, and overall logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communications, and event planning skills.

Marketing & Communications Associate

Starting At: $42,000
Full-Time Non-Exempt; Hybrid Schedule

The Marketing & Communications Associate is responsible for providing administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team; including project management and tracking, email management, expense management, digital file organization & mapping, software support, scheduling, media tracking, and special projects.

Senior Associate - Community Engagement

Starting At: $45,000
Full-Time Non-Exempt; Hybrid Schedule

The Senior Associate for Community Engagement's work is critical to helping the Foundation distribute capital and resources to support emerging and established solutions sparking meaningful and measureable progress for all. The primary duties of this position are to provide administrative support to the Community Engagement Team and assist with grantmaking processes.

Senior Associate - Community Investment

Starting At: $45,000
Full-Time Non-Exempt; Hybrid Schedule

The Senior Associate for Community Investment supports Community Foundation of Louisville (CFL) to build capacity in the community and at the Foundation to move significant investment for a more racially equitable Louisville. The primary duties of this position are to provide administrative support to the Community Investment Team as we work to increase financial support for Black businesses and community development. The Senior Associate will provide administrative support for CFL’s local impact investing program, which invests in entrepreneurship, affordable housing, and community facilities. Additionally, the Senior Associate will provide support for CFL fiscally sponsored projects and related leadership efforts – all of which center racial equity and activate capital to that end.

Senior Program Officer - Economic Equity

Starting At: $70,000
Full-Time Exempt; Hybrid Schedule

The Senior Program Officer – Economic Equity will develop and cultivate relationships with community stakeholders leading to economic equity within the Community Engagement team. The Senior Program Officer will convene and facilitate discussions leading towards economic equity while adhering to the Foundation’s commitment to race equity. Our working definition of race equity is the condition where one’s race identity has no influence on how one fares in society.
