Marketing & Communications Associate
Starting At: $42,000

The Marketing & Communications Associate is responsible for providing administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team; including project management and tracking, email management, expense management, digital file organization & mapping, software support, scheduling, media tracking, and special projects.
Program Coordinator - Scholarships
$50,000
Full-Time Exempt; Hybrid Schedule
The Program Coordinator for Scholarships is responsible for working with Community Foundation of Louisville fundholders, community partners, and educational institutions to support the success of individuals through higher education. This position will work closely with our Grants Administration staff within the Philanthropic Services team to ensure the scholarship application, review, and award process is efficient and user-friendly.
Senior Associate - Community Engagement
Starting At: $45,000
Full-Time Non-Exempt; Hybrid Schedule
The Senior Associate for Community Engagement's work is critical to helping the Foundation distribute capital and resources to support emerging and established solutions sparking meaningful and measureable progress for all. The primary duties of this position are to provide administrative support to the Community Engagement Team and assist with grantmaking processes.
Senior Associate - Community Investment
Starting At: $45,000
Full-Time Non-Exempt; Hybrid Schedule
The Senior Associate for Community Investment supports Community Foundation of Louisville (CFL) to build capacity in the community and at the Foundation to move significant investment for a more racially equitable Louisville. The primary duties of this position are to provide administrative support to the Community Investment Team as we work to increase financial support for Black businesses and community development. The Senior Associate will provide administrative support for CFL’s local impact investing program, which invests in entrepreneurship, affordable housing, and community facilities. Additionally, the Senior Associate will provide support for CFL fiscally sponsored projects and related leadership efforts – all of which center racial equity and activate capital to that end.
