Funding

Changemakers inspire big ideas and bold actions that move us all forward. They drive social and systems-level change. They make dreams come true. Through our grantmaking initiatives and funding opportunities, we’re investing in local nonprofits, organizations, and community members to do more, dream bigger, and spark meaningful and measurable progress in and beyond Louisville.

Trust-Based Philanthropy

The Community Foundation of Louisville is taking steps to include Trust-Based Philanthropy practices when distributing our funds. To learn more about these practices, the difference they make, and how we’re incorporating this, please see this document.

CFL Impact Capital seeks to generate positive investment returns while promoting equitable economic development by supporting affordable housing, inclusive entrepreneurship, and community facilities in under-invested neighborhoods.
