Justin Hogan

After eleven years as a dancer with the Louisville Ballet, Justin joined the Community Foundation of Louisville in April of 2023 as the Senior Associate for Community Investment. In April 2024, Justin was promoted to the position of Program Officer for Community Investment. The connections formed at the Ballet inspired him to foster meaningful change in the community, making the Community Foundation of Louisville a natural landing spot. The Jimi Hendrix quote, “Knowledge speaks, but wisdom listens,” guides his approach to developing the necessary partnerships to ensure that every member of our community has a pathway to prosperity.

Beyond the Foundation, you will often find Justin cheering on Louisville City and Racing Louisville, riding his bike along parts of the Louisville Loop, supporting his former colleagues at the Ballet, or spending time with his fiancée and their three animals.
