Shaun Jackson-Alexander started as the receptionist at the Community Foundation of Louisville in October 2021 and was promoted to Office Manager in July 2022. After being at the Foundation for over two years, she currently serves as the Office Services and Events Manager. Shaun takes care of the entire Foundation by managing all Foundation events, catering needs, and keeping large office items stocked and in working order.
Shaun has made her mark in life by being a wonderful support team member, having worked over 15 years in the healthcare industry and the front line of COVID as an activity director for long-term care homes here in Louisville. It’s what she does best. Shaun is the coordinator of chaos in the most delightful way and always gets the job done.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, painting and crafting, caring for animals and others, and supporting her grown children and grandchildren as they start their adventures. She also prides herself on being married for over 18 years to a wonderful spouse who encourages her to be her best self. Having accomplished many of her personally set goals, Shaun is looking forward to a long career at the Community Foundation of Louisville and what the future holds for the Foundation.
