Tiffany D. Bailey joined the Community Foundation of Louisville in 2026, as the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO. She brings a keen eye for organization and expertise in managing complex calendars. Her strong interpersonal skills coupled with her smooth communication channel; allow her to execute the anticipated needs of the C-Suite team. Her dedication to maintaining sensitive and confidential information underscores her professionalism in her Executive Assistant role.
Graduating from McKendree University, with a dual degree in Human Resources Management and Business Administration, allows room for her to think with a strategic mindset while expanding her approach to delivering efficient and effective communication. She is known for her continuous commitment to fostering work relationships and proactively demonstrating commitment to excellence.
Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Tiffany worked in Affordable Housing, where she assisted with the coordination of various projects, including working directly with community partners in the development of continuing education courses for staff in Affordable Housing.
Tiffany’s love for strengthening communities and building social connections drives her to volunteer for organizations such as, the Coalition for the Homeless, UP for Women and Children and Pandora Productions LGBTQIA. She is an Ambassador for the Louisville Metro Office for Women and loves being civically engaged while advocating for programs that are led to positive impact and change.
During her leisure time she enjoys jazz/blues festivals, museums, art and picnics. She is a mother of two children and a YaYa of three grandchildren. She loves to travel with family and friends. She is a huge fan of Angela Davis and leans into the quote noted above.
