Myranda Thomas joined the Community Foundation of Louisville in March 2026 as Grants Associate. She was born and raised in Corbin, KY and graduated with honors from the University of Kentucky in 2018 with a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre.

After graduation, Myranda served as the Education Associate and Program Manager of StageOne Family Theatre where she planned, facilitated and executed school, community and summer programming for children. She then went on to work in the Education Technology sector with Five Star Technology Solutions where she served as the Engagement Strategist for the Professional Development department.

Myranda most recently served as the Associate Artistic Director and Teaching Artist of Time Slip Theatre where she worked to produce, direct, and choreograph adult and children’s programming within the company. In the past year, she also received her 200-hr Yoga Teaching Certification through the House of Om in Bali where she learned the importance of centeredness and mindfulness – ideas that are at the heart of all that she does.

In her free time, Myranda enjoys practicing yoga and meditation, reading, tarot, creating, travelling, and spending quality time with loved ones.
