Julia Jones joined the Philanthropic Services team in February 2021. In her current role as Senior Gifts Associate, Julia ensures that all contributions to the Community Foundation are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
As a Louisville native, it has been an absolute delight to work first-hand with the Community Foundation of Louisville and be part of the philanthropic impact for the city and community. Cultivating a welcoming and equity-conscientious environment is paramount in today’s current climate, and to be a part of the team leading these efforts is incredible.
Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Julia worked for Jefferson County Public Schools as a Data Management Research Technician and Computershare as a QA Stock Transfer Processor. Her love of data comes from an extensive background in data entry, data management, and quality assurance.
In her free time, Julia enjoys spending time with her husband and two rescue dogs. A love for the arts was born during her time as a student at DuPont Manual High School and continues strong to this day in the form of painting and charcoal studies.
