Joanie Van Horn

Joanie Van Horn joined as the Felix E. Martin Jr. Foundation Associate in January 2024, following a fifteen-year career with the Jennings County Community Foundation (JCCF). She graduated from Ivy Tech Community College in 2014 with an Associate’s Degree in Human Services. During her years with JCCF, she served in many roles, including office manager, program manager, assistant director, and executive director. Joanie found joy with JCCF in collaborating with nonprofit agencies, educators, government entities, and passionate donors to fulfill meaningful projects in her community.

Joanie is a recent Louisville area transplant and has embraced this stage of life that has brought her here to be near her youngest daughter. Joanie and her late husband, Doug, were most proud of their four children and seven grandchildren. In her free time, she most enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
