Erica Chapman

Erica Chapman joined Community Foundation of Louisville in June 2026. After completing her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, she will continue to pursue her CPA License. She developed a strong foundation in accounting through hands-on experience working alongside a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and built a reputation for being detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.

She enjoys problem-solving, using her analytical skills to support sound financial management, and helping others achieve financial progress. As a staff member of the Community Foundation of Louisville, Erica is excited to contribute her strong work ethic, commitment to accuracy, and passion for serving the community. She believes that responsible financial stewardship is essential to advancing meaningful initiatives and helping the organization maximize its impact.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys traveling. spending time with friends and family, and exploring opportunities for personal and professional growth. She is committed to lifelong learning and looks forward to continuing her career in accounting while supporting the Community Foundation of Louisville’s mission to create a more equitable and vibrant community.
