Caitlin McGuigan

Caitlin McGuigan joined the Community Foundation of Louisville in August 2024 as Advancement Manager. With her, she brings experience in organizational development, project and data management, and donor administration and stewardship. Caitlin supports the Foundation’s Development & Stewardship team to provide personalized services to fundholders.

Before joining the Community Foundation, Caitlin served as administrative and development support at the Muhammad Ali Center, where she played a pivotal role in board and executive development. Her experience extends to her work with Catapult Now LLC, a consulting agency where she provides support in IT and virtual project management. She also helps nonprofits achieve their goals through strategic planning and executive coaching. Caitlin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management, both from the University of Louisville.

Caitlin is passionate about work that uplifts community voices and drives positive change. She finds excitement and inspiration in community engagement, turning ideas into meaningful action. Outside work, Caitlin enjoys reading, cooking, painting (when her cat allows), and exploring escape rooms. Her hobbies bring her creativity and joy, whether they provide her with space to unwind and recharge or challenge her.
