We’re Seeking Our Next Chief Executive Officer
The Community Foundation of Louisville has launched its search for a new president and CEO to advance positive change and amplify community impact throughout Greater Louisville and the state of Kentucky. The search will identify a successor to retiring CEO Ron Gallo, whose six-year tenure expanded the state’s largest community foundation to more than $900 million in assets and over 2,200 charitable funds. In October 2025, Gallo announced his plans to retire this year, concluding a four-decade career committed to community philanthropy.
