Main & Third Street Road Work Advisory
Because of construction at Main and Third St., traffic can be more congested than usual, and parking might take a few minutes longer.

If you drive, we can validate parking if you park in the Galt House East parking garage.  The closest parking, however, is in the Actors Theatre of Louisville's parking garage, which is across the street from our building. Unfortunately, we cannot validate parking in that garage. (Please see parking instructions below.)

Location of the Community Foundation Offices in Waterfront Plaza
The doors to the main lobby of Waterfront Plaza are on Main Street, halfway between Third and Fourth Streets (directly across from Actors Theatre).  The Foundation is reached by the bank of elevators in the West Tower located at 325 W. Main.  Offices are on the 11th Floor, immediately as you exit the elevator.

Parking Option 1:  Galt House-East (Waterfront Plaza) Parking
The Foundation can validate parking at the Galt House East Garage.

From Main Street, turn right onto 4th Street (or, if traveling north, cross Main Street) and turn right into the second parking garage entrance. The second entrance is immediately after you pass the lobby for the Galt House East Hotel.  The second entrance is sometimes marked “for Galt House East Hotel parking only.”  However, due to the recent Arena construction, public parking is available unless the garage is full.

If you park in this garage, the Foundation can validate your parking.  Please bring your parking ticket with you to the Foundation's offices for validation.

There are stairs and an elevator in the garage (on the Fourth Street side) that will lead you to the lobby of Waterfront Plaza and the bank of elevators that will bring you to the Foundation offices (on the 11th Floor of the West Tower). 

Parking Option 2:  Actors Theatre of Louisville Parking Garage
Actors Theatre is located in downtown Louisville on Main Street between Third and Fourth Streets. Convenient indoor parking is available in the Actors Garage adjacent to the theatre, with entrances from Main Street and Third Street.

Other Parking Options:  Main Street or Galt House-West
If the Galt House East garage is full, other options are the Galt House West garage (Riverfront Garage), other parking garages in the area or parking meters on Main Street.
