Fund for Louisville
Created by visionary philanthropists who want to support their community today and beyond their own lifetimes, the Fund for Louisville allows the Community Foundation to respond to emerging needs and opportunities in the Louisville area.
General Support
You can make a charitable gift of any amount to the general Fund for Louisville, which affords our Board the greatest flexibility. A gift of $5,000 or more will create a named fund with the Fund for Louisville.
Focus Area
Some donors want to focus their giving within a general area of interest, entrusting the Community Foundation to identify the best nonprofit organizations that will support their charitable passions.
There is no minimum to make a gift to an existing area of focus, and a gift of $5,000 or more will create a named fund within that existing Focus Area.
