INVESTMENT BRIEFING 2013

The Community Foundation hosted an Investment Briefing to discuss how the Foundation invests charitable assets for the future. The presentation featured Matt Bacon, Chief Financial Officer of the Community Foundation; Charlie Kane, Chair of the Foundation's Investment Committee; and Neil Heppler, the Foundation's Investment Advisor from Fourth Street Performance Partners.

April 24 will be Kentucky Gives Day, a 24-hour period dedicated to raising dollars for Kentucky nonprofits via an online giving portal. Kentucky nonprofits, both large and small, can receive donations from the public via kygives.org. The Community Foundation, in partnership with Louisville Public Media’s 89.3 WFPL News and the JP Morgan Chase Foundation, wants to widen the circle of conversation.
