15,000 Scholarship Fund - Applications Now Available Applications are now available for the 15,000 Degrees (15K) Scholarship Fund. 15K seeks to add 15,000 post-secondary degrees to Louisville’s African-American community by 2020. This focused effort, in support of 55,000 Degrees – Greater Louisville’s Education Commitment, wants to make sure African-Americans account for at least 15,000 of the overall 55,000 degree goal.
